Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee income tax filings, including IR21, IR8A, and other statutory submissions.
  • Administer CPF submissions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Payroll,Benefits & Employee Administration

  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary administration.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, insurance claims, and group insurance policies, including policy purchases and renewals.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and employment lifecycle activities.

Recruitment& Talent Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Support manpower planning and talent acquisition initiatives as required.

OfficeAdministration & Asset Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational activities.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, service providers, contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Coordinate the setup, issuance, replacement, recovery, and tracking of employee laptops and other company assets.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, IT equipment inventory, and related policies.
  • Manage employee email accounts, system access, and workplace access requirements for new hires and departing employees.

General

  • Undertake any other HR, administrative, or operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 6-7 years of relevant HR and payroll experience in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, IRAS tax filings, and work pass administration.
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
