We are recruiting on a permanent contract (CDI) for our Offranville (76) site for a:

Industrial Management Control Manager M/F

Reporting to the Site Management Control Director, you will ensure the monitoring, analysis, and communication of the site's overall economic performance.

Your main missions:

• Establish and ensure budget monitoring in the proper application and deployment of the group's strategy.
• Contribute to the company's commercial development through the analysis of margin and customer/product profitability.
• Manage a team of 2 people.
• Propose appropriate action plans and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Provide financial support to the various stakeholders of the production site.
• Present all these elements to the COMEX and the Group.

The position is based in Offranville with occasional travel at a national level.

Your profile:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), such as from a business or engineering school (specialization in finance/management control), you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial management control, ideally with 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Possessing excellent communication skills, acting as a true Business Partner, you know how to challenge teams and be proactive in making proposals.

Mastery of SAP is indispensable.

Mastery of written and spoken English is necessary.
