Bottle Girl / VIP Host – Nightlife & Events
We are looking for outgoing, confident and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bottle Girls / VIP Hosts for our new nightlife and events venue.
This is an opportunity to be part of a new club from its launch and grow together with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests, including VIP customers
- Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the night
- Assist with VIP table and bottle bookings
- Promote the club, events, promotions and special occasions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming events and bookings
- Work closely with the management, promoters and event team to support event operations
- Assist in ensuring VIP guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Support the team in achieving table booking and sales targets
Requirements:
- Outgoing, confident and approachable personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable interacting with VIP customers and guests
- Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife and events environment
- Sales, hospitality, customer service, events or nightlife experience will be an advantage
- Social media experience is an advantage
- Responsible, punctual and professional
- No prior experience required; training will be provided

Working Hours:
- Primarily evening and late-night shifts
- Friday and Saturday nights
