With your contribution as Senior Manager Lifecycle Solutions (m/w/d) of our Business Line SynTiso, you will contribute significantly to the success of our company: You will build a profitable lifecycle and after-sales service organization and scale it further by establishing service contracts, maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades to sustainably increase plant availability and customer OEE. Together with R&D, you will develop data-driven service products that monitor the performance of the installed base, gather market information, and create closed feedback loops to continuously improve product design and customer results. In doing so, you will design a holistic service portfolio that includes Service Level Agreements, maintenance offers, spare parts services, upgrades, and remote support. In close coordination with Sales, you will define pricing strategies, contract models, and warranty approaches that are both marketable and economically sustainable. Furthermore, you will work closely with R&D to integrate serviceability into product development, as well as with the Sales department to successfully monetize services. In the long term, you will be responsible for building up the department in terms of personnel and leading the team.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline. Furthermore, you have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a service environment; ideally, you were able to gain this in the pharma or mechanical engineering industry. In addition, you can look back on a proven track record in building and further developing service organizations. You communicate proficiently in English and ideally have very good German skills. Strong motivation and persuasiveness, communication skills, and empathy are essential characteristics of your personality. Furthermore, you bring a hands-on mentality, as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working.
