We are looking for an Applications Technician for our offices in Terrassa (BCN) to join the Product Life Cycle Management team, who has 2 to 3 years of experience preparing complex proposals for special machinery/industrial equipment. (Very favorable if experience comes from preparing proposals for the pharmaceutical/packaging sector). Mission of the position: Prepare equipment proposals according to the requirements of the commercial services that the company wishes to offer to ensure maximum quality in customer service.

All this following the guidelines set by management, ensuring compliance with the company's Quality, Environment, Health and Safety policies. Main functions: Prepare the designs of commercial proposals for the assigned technology. Follow the guidelines given by the Product Manager. Manage cost estimates for all technical proposals, inquiries to suppliers and/or Engineering Dept. Prepare and/or coordinate equipment layouts. Prepare documentation for Pipeline Working sessions. Assist sales staff at a technical level regarding products within their technology. Visit customers if required by their Product manager.

University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy and/or training acquired in the development of their usual profession in a similar position with highly complex technical products. 2 to 3 years of experience preparing complex technical proposals for special machinery/industrial equipment. High English level spoken/written. Minimum B2.  Optional other languages: French. Proficiency in Office package: Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience with SAP/R3 is valuable. Specific training in sales techniques is valuable.

Teleworking once the training period for the job position has passed, to be defined by the manager. (2-3 days a week of teleworking).
