Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a senior profile Mechanical Engineer whose main mission will be to design and develop special machinery in 3D, as well as to produce the associated technical documentation. To develop and implement new solutions, in accordance with the requirements of the services the company wishes to offer, to guarantee better quality in the delivery of equipment. Main functions and responsibilities: Design and develop special machinery, participating in project meetings and design reviews to ensure quality and delivery deadlines.

Review and ensure the correct application of technical documentation and project requirements (URS, AMFE, specifications, etc.).

Perform structural and dynamic calculations to ensure the reliability, safety, and cost optimization of designs.

Prepare manufacturing drawings and bills of materials, ensuring the correct industrialization of the equipment.

Provide technical support to internal departments (manufacturing, assembly, purchasing) and external suppliers during the different phases of the project.

Participate in continuous improvement, standardization, and industrialization of equipment, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety policies, as well as the regulations applicable to the position.

Mechanical Engineering with senior experience.

Extensive experience in mechanical design with SolidWorks (experience working in a PDM environment or similar is a plus).

Knowledge of AutoCAD / DraftSight.

Knowledge of welding and materials such as stainless steels and technical plastics.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or food sector.

Fluent English level.

Proactive person, with high problem-solving capacity and autonomy in the development of mechanical designs.

Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Result-oriented and goal-driven.

Availability for sporadic travel.

Knowledge of pressure vessels and the PED 2014/68/EU Directive will be valued.

Driver's license and own vehicle. Availability to travel 10-15% of the annual working day.
