After-Sales Internship

Syntegon Tecnologia de Embalagem Ltda is part of the Syntegon group. Located in Barueri-SP, we are responsible for service activities in the Latin America region. Our engineers and technical service specialists serve customers in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. We provide comprehensive support to our customers, offering all product lines and services available at Syntegon.

Support to the After-Sales department, with a focus on customers in the food segment. Main activities: Perform follow-up of offers sent to customers, via e-mail and telephone Execute the implementation of orders in the SAP system Provide support to parts return processes, as well as the monitoring of tickets through the Jira system Monitor the progress of orders on customer portals Update spreadsheets for the creation of simple offers, based on items previously registered in the system Availability to complete 2 years of internship in the in-person model

Currently studying for a degree in Administração de Empresas; Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other tools in the Pacote Office; Intermediate level knowledge of English; Knowledge of Spanish will be a differentiator; Proactive profile, good communication, and good interpersonal relationships
