Your tasks

Support to the finance department in the activities of

• Creation of department purchase Requisitions and posting of invoices for payment;
• Monitoring the Intercompany Sales process;
• Posting corporate card expenses into the system;
• Daily posting of bank statements into the system;
• Daily update of the cash flow;
• Weekly and monthly update of the Cash Flow;
• Support in performing customer collections;
• Updating the Closing Schedule;
• Support in weekly productivity calculation.
• Monitoring the economic planning and review process;
• Support in administrative activities of the department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, or related fields;
• Knowledge of Pacote Office, with a focus on Excel and Power Point;
• Differential: Experience in SAP and Power BI;
• Intermediate level English knowledge (advanced level will be a differential);
• Availability to complete a 2-year internship in an in-person model.
