Syntegon Technology GmbH in Crailsheim is a company of the Syntegon Group and develops and produces high-quality and individual solutions for the sterile filling of liquid and powder pharmaceuticals in Crailsheim. At our largest Syntegon Group location, around 1,500 employees and 50 apprentices work on filling and sealing machines for ampoules, vials, carpules, and syringes, as well as barrier systems. With your commitment as a dual student, you will make a significant contribution to our business success. The dual study program at Syntegon in cooperation with the DHBW Mosbach combines theory and practice. During your studies, in addition to engineering fundamentals, you will also be taught detailed specialist knowledge in the areas of Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, process and product innovations, Industrie 4.0, robotics and 3D printing, as well as Digital Twin and simulation of processes and machines. In the practical phases, you will learn to implement the content already learned in various technical departments. Our designers are responsible for translating customer requirements into technical solutions. The design of our machines varies from order to order, making the daily work of our designers very diverse. In doing so, you will work in close coordination with other design areas as well as with sales and project management to develop customer-specific solutions. Furthermore, you will also maintain close contact with our procurement, production, and assembly to ensure that our machines are manufactured and assembled optimally and that potential for improvement is taken into account in future orders.
