Customer Services - Site Manager

We are looking for a Customer Services Site Manager for our CS division whose main mission will be the following: To guarantee the correct execution of external works within CS, mainly focused on retrofits, upgrades, and modifications, vessel repairs, and pressure equipment legalizations, as well as managing the installation of projects and CS services at customer sites, ensuring completion in the shortest time and at the lowest cost possible, acting as the link between the different departments of the organization, mainly between Operations and the CS department. Your main responsibilities will be: Be the interlocutor between participants in the budget and execution phases within the organization. Participate in the management and execution of services and retrofits: deadlines, cost, and quality of these. Provide support to the structure in the definition of new sales opportunities. Participation in the preparation of support material for new offers and technical support in commercial meetings with the customer. Ensure the timely supply and quality of the provided material. Claim and follow up on the delivery of materials for correct execution. Control the costs of operations to avoid deviations, and the quality of the work. Ensure, in the execution of the different works, compliance with the standards defined by engineering. Organize, coordinate, plan, and follow up on Services and Retrofits. Act as a preventive resource to provide support for installations at customer sites. Manage and execute interventions by coordinating the team at the customer site. Participate in and analyze technical documentation.
Training in a higher vocational training cycle and/or Engineering and/or training acquired in the development of their usual profession. Minimum of 4 years of experience planning and managing production environments (material stockpiling, workload balancing, etc.) either internally or with suppliers. Industrial project management and management of commissioning and installation of equipment or upgrade services in pharmaceutical companies or similar. Knowledge of SAP and planning programs (MS Projects, etc…). Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. Knowledge in Project Management. Knowledge of GMP, pressure equipment regulations, and refrigeration systems. Skill in dealing with customers. Knowledge of English and/or French
Will be valued: Advanced knowledge of IT and planning tools. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as capacity for organization, analysis, learning, communication, innovation, achievement orientation, customer orientation, decision-making, and teamwork. Multi-project management capacity. Experience in managing people and teams. Languages: English. Other spoken and written languages will be valued to facilitate relationships with customers from different geographical areas / countries.
