  • Execute and monitor import and export processes for spare parts, machinery, and industrial supplies, ensuring compliance with current customs, tax, and foreign exchange legislation in Brazil and LATAM countries.
  • Prepare, verify, and control foreign trade documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, LI, DI, DU-E, among others), ensuring traceability and information compliance.
  • Monitor customs clearance, working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring process fluidity and compliance with agreed deadlines.
  • Interface with internal areas such as sales, after-sales, supply chain, logistics, finance, and planning, to align demand, parts availability, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor import and export costs (international freight, taxes, fees, storage), supporting cost analysis and logistics optimization.
  • Control and update foreign trade performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead time, service level, logistics costs, and deadline compliance.
  • Support customer service for Brazil and LATAM, providing information on order status, deadlines, documents, and import/export requirements.
  • Proven knowledge of customs and tax legislation, Incoterms, tax classification, import and export processes, and international logistics costs.
  • Knowledge of back to back operations and triangular operations.
  • Experience in foreign trade operations, preferably in industrial companies, multinationals, or the machinery and equipment segment.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Advanced level English and basic Spanish.
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.
