About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for Unibase!
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will among other things:
Develop, configure, and customize solutions in the ServiceNow platform Work with modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog Ensure that solutions follow best practice and the customer's needs Participate in projects for implementation, integration, and further development of the platform Collaborate with colleagues within ITSM, development, and architecture
You will become an important part of our and the customer's team and contribute to delivering effective and future-proof ITSM solutions.
Your tasks may consist of the following (depending on the assignment):
Development and configuration:
Create and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and script Implement integrations with external systems via APIs Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring and analysis
Maintenance and optimization:
Maintain existing solutions and ensure high availability Troubleshoot and resolve problems in the platform Document configurations and changes
Projects and innovation:
Participate in the design and implementation of new modules and functions Contribute ideas regarding automation and efficiency Work with upgrades and new versions of ServiceNow
Meritorious experiences
It is positive if you have experience in:
Certifications within ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer) ITIL v4 or similar frameworks for IT governance Scripting in JavaScript and knowledge of REST API Integrations with other ITSM tools or business systems
Your background
We are looking for you who have:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development A good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written
