PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers and QA staff. Plan, organize, and execute web and business application projects from initiation to deployment. Translate business requirements into technical tasks and project timelines. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and QA processes. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and management. Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and project outcomes.
