Job Content:

• As Assistant Team Leader, you are responsible for
• You lead a team of approximately 8 colleagues and actively support them on the shop floor as Assistant Team Leader
• You operate and monitor multiple production lines for breaded snacks
• You resolve malfunctions and call in the Technische Dienst when necessary
• You guarantee safety, quality, and hygiene and report deviations to the Team Leader
• You contribute to process improvements and optimize the efficiency of the lines as Assistant Team Leader

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position within production or technology
• Affinity with food production and working in a cool production environment
• Experience in managing a small team or leadership tasks
• Basic knowledge of English
