SALES AND OPERATIONS PLANNING MANAGER (M/F)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Management, you will be the conductor of the site's PIC and PDP, guaranteeing the optimal balance between customer demand, internal capacities, and financial objectives.

Your main missions will be as follows:

Build, structure, and lead the S&OP process, involving all stakeholders (sales, supply, production...);

Define and monitor performance indicators to measure process efficiency and anticipate risks related to stocks and supply;

Coordinate demand forecasts in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal alignment between customer needs and available resources;

Supervise the optimization of supply flows and stock management in connection with production and distribution;

Actively participate in the implementation and improvement of the ERP to make S&OP management more reliable and automated;

Ensure the training and support of teams on best practices regarding planning and flow optimization.

In short, you will be the keystone of the site's industrial planning, with a strategic, cross-functional, and highly visible role.

Profile sought:

To succeed and thrive in this position, you have:

A Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or Engineering;

5 to 10 years of experience in industrial planning, S&OP, or supply chain, ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food sectors;

A solid mastery of S&OP processes and planning tools;

Fluent English, which is essential in an international environment.
