OPEX ENGINEER (M/F)

Within the Operational Excellence department, you will contribute to the continuous transformation of our organization by deploying Lean tools and methods. As a true agent of change, you will support teams in the sustainable improvement of industrial performance, quality, safety, and costs.

What will your missions be?

Conduct projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, costs, and lead times.

Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions adapted to the site's challenges.

Promote and develop the Kaizen culture across the entire site.

Use and disseminate continuous improvement tools: 5S, SMED, PDCA, AMDEC, problem solving, risk analysis.

Participate in the standardization of best practices.

Perform industrial performance audits.

Drive change management and support teams in the adoption of new working methods.

Raise awareness and train employees in continuous improvement tools.

Do you have the ideal profile?

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.

Successful experience in an industrial environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methods.

Excellent analytical, synthesis, and project management skills.

A taste for the field, interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite people around change.

English level allowing for the reading of technical documents and professional exchanges.
