A growing legal consulting firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Associate Lawyer to join our legal team.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.)
- Has completed PKPA and been sworn in as an Advocate by PERADI
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer / legal associate
- Strong legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
- Experienced in handling corporate, commercial, and/or civil legal matters
- Able to independently manage legal matters and provide practical legal advice to clients
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
**Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage legal matters from initial consultation to completion
- Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, notaries, government authorities, and other relevant parties
- Monitor ongoing legal matters, deadlines, and case progress
- Support and supervise junior legal team members when required
