Maintenance and Infrastructure Manager - Convenience Stores (Gomart) · Location: Corporativo (reforma 155 Lomas de Virreyes) travel to stores in CDMX and EDOMEX

Working day: Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Contract type: Indefinite / Full-time Net monthly salary: $33,000 MXN Libres

What are we looking for?

At Gomart, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager with leadership, strategic vision, and extensive technical experience in the retail or convenience store sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the operability and optimal functioning of the infrastructure, refrigeration equipment, and climate control of our store network.

Your main challenges and functions:

• Plan, execute, and supervise the annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan in stores.
• OPEX management and optimization: Control, budget, and reduce maintenance operating expenses in the store network, achieving efficiency in purchases, service contracts, and energy consumption.
• Guarantee the continuous operation of critical equipment: cold rooms, display cases, HVAC systems (air conditioning), and power plants.
• Supervise and manage the performance of field technicians and external contractors (SLA, response times, and quality of deliverables).
• Control and optimize the operating budget of the maintenance area.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations (Protección Civil, STPS, and industrial safety).

Indispensable requirements to apply:

Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Electromecánica, Mecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, or related (Graduated). Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in maintenance management or coordination in convenience store chains, retail, or fast food restaurants.

Technical knowledge:

• Commercial refrigeration systems (cold rooms and freezers).
• Electrical systems (medium and low voltage, emergency plants).
• General building maintenance and civil works.
• Management of maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, preventive plan compliance).

Mobility: Valid driver's license and availability for constant field/store supervision. English: Basic-intermediate technical level.
