SYNERGIE LILLE is looking for an AGENCY MANAGER for one of its clients in the Transport and Logistics sector in SECLIN - Manage the human, material, and financial resources necessary for the organization of the activity,

• Supervise forecast activity and resource schedules,
• Lead and manage teams,
• Guarantee the maintenance of a high-quality social climate and team development,
• Build and maintain a lasting relationship of trust with the client
• Implement tools aimed at the improvement and optimization of the activity in correlation with client expectations,
• Ensure the transmission of information to management
• Participate in the creation of activity monitoring and management dashboards (KPIs),

Coming from a background in Transport / Logistics or having a first successful experience in a similar position. You are also recognized for the following qualities:

• Mastery of Excel and good knowledge of tools specific to the logistics profession,
• Basic English
• Good geographical knowledge,
• Customer service oriented, you demonstrate involvement, reactivity, organization, rigor, availability, and flexibility. Your interpersonal skills and ability to adapt will allow you to successfully carry out your missions.
• You are proactive in making proposals,
• You have communication skills and solid management experience.
