Your tasks

As a Methods Engineer, your main missions are as follows:

• Implement a true continuous improvement approach for the industrial organization
• Participate in projects to modernize the production tool (adaptation to new products, ergonomics to improve safety and/or quality and/or reduce costs)
• Forecast the necessary adjustments to reduce production cycles (reorganizations, change of working methods or adapting to new orders (modification of the production equipment, reorganization of teams)
• Create / maintain standard routings in SAP in collaboration with the Supply-Chain and Operations
• Optimize our production flows in the workshop
• Maintain and optimize control sheets / IT / production operating procedures
• Be an active participant in the continuous improvement and Lean management approach
• Estimate / measure / revise operating times
• Perform monitoring of technical and industrial developments

Requirements

Your Profile With a background in mechanical engineering (from BAC+ 2 type DUT GMP up to Bac + 5), you have initial experience in industry. You master continuous improvement processes, notably Lean, 5S, QRQC, etc. You master statistical tools and production management software (GPAO, SAP, etc.). You master process AMDEC. You have an English level that allows you to communicate orally and in writing. Your perseverance, autonomy, and ability to work in a team will be necessary assets to successfully carry out your missions.
