Quality Engineer in Industry (M/F)
Your tasks
Reporting to the transverse Quality Assurance Manager of the Saint-Nazaire site, you will interface with various departments: Bureau d'études, Industrialisation (Manufacturing Engineering), Production, Maintenance, other Quality services, and work on the entire production of elementary parts.
You are responsible for managing qualification projects for measurement equipment across different elementary part manufacturing sectors.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Guarantee the application of the 'MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS & DEVICES Specify, Qualify and Provide' process within the production department
- Perform qualification of measurement systems and manage their validation
- Act as the focal point for measurability issues within the Aérostructure production department
- Perform and validate capability studies on new production equipment
- Implement monitoring for machine geometries (technical solutions & tools), products (tools), and processes (technical solutions & tools)
- Identify and characterize geometric issues within the production department
- Support the production department in resolving complex geometric issues
- Support the production department in technical exchanges with internal and external clients, and BE
- Manage / contribute to the implementation of technical improvements (geometry)
Requirements
With an engineering background in industrial/mechanical/statistical engineering, you have demonstrated experience and skills in physical Measurement Knowledge of Mécanique and tolerancing Project Management skills Knowledge of statistical process control You are able to understand the various manufacturing and measurement processes for aeronautical elementary parts and are comfortable with data analysis You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams SAP, Office, good mastery of excel and macros. Knowledge of Minitab software is appreciated Possessing good interpersonal skills, capable of working in multi-functional teams, autonomous, rigorous, open to change, you also have strong analytical and synthesis skills English level B1 minimum.
