On behalf of our client specializing in the industry, we are looking for a M/F Replenishment Planner with a good command of SAP and B1 English.
Replenishment and stock management:
- Analyzes purchase requests, modifies them taking into account real needs in quantity and lead time, transforms them into orders, sends them to suppliers after validation, follows up and records order acknowledgments.
- Prepares forecasts for suppliers.
- Participates in project meetings, follows the creation of new components or their obsolescence, and updates the ERP.
- Ensures that the components they replenish have a turnover rate in line with the given objective.
- In the event of a proven risk of shortage, informs their manager and the relevant people in the production departments.
- Exchanges and negotiates with purchasing for the best logistical conditions with the aim of meeting the expected stock levels.
- Proposes stock reduction solutions to reach the set turnover rate objective.
- Analyzes stock discrepancies.
