Your tasks

• Coordination and administrative processing of incoming goods
• Booking and recording of goods movements in the ERP system
• Processing and documentation of goods movements as well as goods receipts and issues
• Checking, managing, and filing delivery and goods documents
• Maintenance and updating of warehouse-related data and documents
• Coordination with internal interfaces as well as support for warehouse organization
• General commercial activities in the warehouse area
• Occasional travel (approx. 5 %)

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in the warehouse is desirable
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the shipbuilding industry or a comparable industrial environment
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Careful and reliable way of working
• High degree of flexibility, resilience and
• Willingness for occasional business trips (approx. 5 %)
