Your tasks
- Processing and answering customs inquiries as first-level support
- Checking customs-relevant shipment data and initiating clarifications in coordination with interfaces
- Compiling information to resolve issues
- Supporting colleagues and participating in projects and special tasks
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as Clerk (m/f/d) Customs and Foreign Trade, Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d), Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) or comparable experience
- Ideally sound experience in the field of foreign trade
- Business fluent English skills as well as very good MS Office and SAP skills
- International experience, intercultural competence as well as a sense of responsibility and conflict resolution skills
