Your tasks
- Handling all administrative tasks in the goods inbound and goods outbound area
- Proper and timely execution of all bookings in the warehouse management system as well as handling and controlling the goods outbound processes, taking transport and shipping processing into account
- Contact person for the administrative day-to-day business of our contract logistics customers
- Support for process calculation and billing of warehouse processes as well as creation of statistics and evaluations, as well as administrative preparation and execution of inventories
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed commercial training as a Kaufmann/-frau (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung / Sachbearbeiter (m/f/d) Wareneingang & Warenausgang / Mitarbeiter (m/f/d) Lagerlogistik or a comparable qualification
- Logistical or freight forwarding training or corresponding professional experience in the area of goods inbound, goods outbound or warehouse management
- Sound understanding of the connections between transport and shipping processing as well as operational logistics processes
- Confident handling of digital systems, especially warehouse management or ERP applications as well as IT tools (such as POLKA and POCAL)
- Language skills in English (at least B1) for system and data exchange as well as an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as problem-solving competence, compliance with regulations and customer-oriented thinking
- Willingness to work in the middle shift or flexibly in early or late shifts
