Your tasks

• Planning, processing, and monitoring of customer orders
• Coordination of logistical processes between various interfaces as well as maintenance and processing of order and master data as well as proper execution of bookings in the ERP system
• Maintenance and processing of order data in ERP and ERP systems as well as contact person for the administrative daily business of our contract logistics customers
• Coordination with internal departments as well as external partners
• Ensuring a timely and smooth process of order control

- Support for process calculation and billing of warehouse processes and creation of statistics, evaluations, and participation in the administrative execution of inventories

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed commercial training as a Kaufmann/-frau (m/f/d) for Spedition Logistikdienstleistung / Disponent (m/f/d) Transport & Logistik / Sachbearbeiter (m/f/d) Auftragsabwicklung or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of logistics, freight forwarding, warehouse management, or order processing
• Understanding of logistical connections and operational processes
• Confident handling of digital systems, especially ERP or ERP applications as well as IT tools, as well as good English skills (at least B1) for international customer and system exchange
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as good organizational and communication skills as well as high solution orientation, reliability in complying with regulations, and customer-oriented thinking
• Willingness to work in the middle shift
