Your area of responsibility

• You acquire new customers, build long-term partnerships, and manage your sales territory independently from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• You take over telephone new customer acquisition and build up your own customer base.
• You process customer orders, design advertisements, plan field service appointments, and accompany your customers through the entire process.
• You find suitable applicants for commercial, technical, and industrial positions and ensure the perfect matching.
• You complete administrative tasks reliably, keep our database constantly up to date, and live teamwork as a matter of course.

Your qualifications

• You have completed commercial, technical, or industrial training.
• You bring experience in a sales-oriented environment, ideally in personnel services.
• You convince with a confident, sympathetic appearance and enjoy communication and acquisition.
• You are characterized by self-motivation, organizational talent, and team spirit.
• You have MS-Office skills as well as English skills.
• You possess a Class B driver's license and an impeccable record.

Your working hours Full-time: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00.

The statutory minimum wage is € 2,528.04 gross / month, overpayment is possible depending on qualification and professional experience.
