Aircraft Scheduling Technician (M/F)

DERICHEBOURG is looking for several TOA / Technical Coordinators (M/F).

Your missions:

• Ensure the management of the Aircraft Progress or the appropriate IT tool and its update within the deadlines
• Monitor the Work Flow of the production group and take the necessary measures to bring them to an acceptable level in case of deviation
• Plan activity on a weekly and daily basis via the Aircraft Progress and distribute it to the Team Leaders
• Ensure with support functions the availability of tools, kits, and technical documentation
• Ensure the ordering of urgent parts and/or ensure they are taken into account by the client logistics
• Search for and provide technical documents, diagrams, and sketches to production
• Analyze the status of missing parts
• Participate in meetings (shift priority, blocking points received from the evening or night team feedback, coordination with the testing and quality group)
• Coordinate with the Aircraft or Section Manager the launch of production work, as well as the reporting of information
• Resolve technical problems in liaison with the Bureaux d'études and preparation
• Create quality notices (assembly anomalies, non-conformities), disputes / DQN and deviations: investigations, follow-ups with the various partners or services concerned
• Participate in the aircraft handover meeting, analyze operations, and trace the non-conformities noted during this handover in order to implement corrective actions
• Alert the Aircraft or Section Manager in case of problems encountered (technical, human resources, safety...)
• Provide the data used for the creation of indicators
• Follow new aircraft definitions

On your boarding pass, you will need:

• Mastery of SAP, ACPNG, and TANDEM software
• Technical English
• Significant experience in the TOA or Technical Coordinator position
