You ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your package of tasks consists of:

• The follow-up of customer orders;
• Stock management;
• Preparing correct invoices;
• Filing dossiers;
• Proactively thinking along about improving the logistical processes in efficiency and quality.

You are the contact person between all departments who always maintains the overview and ensures customer satisfaction. Thanks to your accurate approach, good communication, and flexible attitude, you deliver top work day after day.

• You can work independently and in a team;
• Eye for detail and flexibly minded;
• You are communicative and like to roll up your sleeves;
• You have a good knowledge of the English language, knowledge of the French language is a plus;
