What will you do?

As an operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You keep a close eye on the machines, set the correct parameters, and intervene when necessary. You work independently, but are of course also an important link within the team.

Your package of tasks includes:

• Independently setting the machine parameters and ensuring correct operation.
• Monitoring the production process and checking whether everything proceeds according to the applicable quality standards.
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions or deviations to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
• During busy periods, such as around Christmas, stepping in flexibly when longer working days are required.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who already has a solid foundation as an operator and likes to take responsibility within a production environment. Experience within the food industry is a major asset.

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience as an operator and the necessary knowledge to independently set machine parameters.
• Preferably a background within a food company or a similar production environment.
• A good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience with a forklift is a plus. A forklift certificate is not necessary for this.
