QC Engineer

Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to perform dimensional inspection of machined components Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to verify product conformance Conduct incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges and dial indicators Create and maintain CMM inspection programs using Calypso software Optimise measurement routines to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy Perform production failure analysis and investigate dimensional non-conformities Work with production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality Monitor quality trends and support process capability improvement Perform calibration and verification of measuring instruments Maintain inspection reports, quality documentation and traceability records Prepare Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) reports Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing quality and process stability
