Systems Analyst - Lab (NGEMR)

We are hiring a system analyst with background in microbiology, to supplement this with our business counterparts who are Lab users. As Epic AA (regardless of module), they would be required to handle the maintenance oflive sites and Change Requests (i.e. Enhancement, which we sometimes callProjects).

Roles and responsibilities

1. Audit, Security and Compliance, thisincludes system/application audit or supporting the Cluster audit, e.g. Labaudit
2. Batch Job Monitoring, Error workqueues, etc.
3. Business Continuity Support
4. Co-Existence Testing
5. Half-Yearly Disaster RecoveryExercise
6. System, Infra and/or Applicationmaintenance verifications
7. Epic Upgrade (New release/features):He would be required to work with Lab users to understand their need and enablethe new features accordingly.
8. Operation Service Requests: He wouldbe required to work with Lab users to understand their need and implement theservice request.
9. Production Support: resolve incidenttickets
10. End-to-end project management,including planning, coordination, execution, and project documentation incompliance with the Project Management Methodology (PMM).
11. Requirements gathering and analysis,including effort estimation and costing assessment.
12. System configuration, buildactivities, and application testing to ensure requirements are met.
13. Support for testing activities,including coordination and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
14. Deployment planning and preparation,including readiness assessments and implementation activities.
15. Post-deployment support, includingissue resolution and monitoring

Requirements

1. Bachelores Degree in relevant field
2. Knowledge or hands on experience in microbiology
3. Good communication skills
