Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport, delivery and logistics operations.
• Plan and manage driver schedules, route assignments and manpower deployment.
• Monitor delivery performance, service standards and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, customers and management.
• Handle operational issues, delivery delays and customer feedback promptly.
• Manage vehicle utilisation, maintenance schedules and fleet readiness.
• Supervise drivers and operations staff, including attendance and performance.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper records.
• Review workflows and implement improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Ensure operations comply with company procedures and relevant Singapore regulations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics, transport, delivery operations or fleet management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple drivers, routes and daily assignments.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and logistics operations will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Able to work independently and handle urgent operational matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
