Your responsibilities:

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will design and evolve modern, secure, and high-performance work environments for our key accounts. Specifically:

• Deploy and administer Modern Workplace environments for workstations and mobile devices
• Implement and maintain UEM/MDM solutions: Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Workspace ONE
• Automate and industrialize deployments via PowerShell and engineering best practices
• Design and deploy application packaging adapted to client environments
• Strengthen endpoint security: EDR, encryption, GPO, device compliance
• Optimize and administer Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to improve the user experience
• Document architectures, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure active technological monitoring on Modern Workplace evolutions

• You are comfortable communicating with business and IT teams on the client side: this role requires as much pedagogy as technical skill
• You are comfortable with technical English (minimum B2): our client environments and documentation are often in English
• You have a minimum of 3 years of initial experience in a Modern Workplace/UEM scope, ideally in an ESN or multi-client environment
