Your responsibilities

As a Production Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the operating environments of our key accounts.

Your playground:

• Administer and maintain system environments under Windows and Linux in complex and demanding infrastructure contexts
• Deploy and operate application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IIS) while guaranteeing their stability and performance
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines via the DevOps tools of the chain: Jenkins, OpenShift, XL Release, XL Deploy
• Automate operations and scheduling tasks using V-TOM and Control-M
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Shell, and PowerShell to industrialize recurring operations
• Ensure the supervision of production environments via Zabbix and other monitoring tools, and handle alerts within defined timeframes
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management in connection with project and infrastructure teams
• Document operating procedures, runbooks, and technical architectures
• Maintain technological watch on the evolution of DevOps practices and production engineering

• You like to understand systems as a whole: from the OS to the application, you have the curiosity to trace problems back to their source
• You are comfortable with technical English (B2 minimum): our client environments and documentation are often in English
• You have a minimum of 4 years of initial experience in production engineering or system operations, ideally acquired in an ESN or multi-client environment
