Business Development Identify target customer segments with management Define the commercial policy and action plans for client accounts Drive the activities of their entity by guaranteeing financial performance and quality of service Participate in the identification and qualification of client needs Be responsible for the formalization of proposals Drive delivery with the support of the Delivery squad manager Supervise invoicing with the support of the DAF Supervise legal aspects with the support of the DAF and the DRH Conduct projects to optimize the organization of activities (processes, tools…) Perform prospective monitoring within their scope of activity Perform reporting  Management Take charge of the management of the team of consultants with the support of the DRH Meet regularly with consultants Drive recruitment Supervise and mobilize their sales team Ensure that objectives are met individually and globally within their BU via metrics (client appointments, meetings, new needs …) Maintain and develop team skills: train the team, accompany them regularly with clients, and ensure debriefings

With higher education in digital marketing or business management, you have significant experience in team management and business development, ideally in the digital marketing sector. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you have a true sense of listening and empathy. You demonstrate leadership and know how to navigate a complex environment.
