Your responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Workplace Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end workstation transformation projects for our key accounts. Specifically:

• Scoping, planning, and managing Workplace infrastructure projects while respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project: requirement gathering, progress monitoring, escalation management
• Coordinating internal technical teams and external stakeholders (vendors, integrators, client teams)
• Leading steering committees and producing project reporting adapted to the interlocutors (technical and business)
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and blocking points throughout the project life cycle
• Contributing to the drafting of project deliverables: specifications, deployment plans, test plans, end-of-project reviews
• Supporting field deployment phases in connection with the Workplace engineering teams
• Participating in the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools within Synapsys
• Maintaining a watch on developments in project management practices and Workplace technologies

• You are rigorous without being rigid: you know how to set a solid project framework while knowing how to adapt when the field requires it

• You are comfortable with technical English (B2 minimum): some client environments and exchanges with vendors take place in English
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with significant exposure to Workplace and workstation topics, ideally in an ESN or multi-client environment
