R&D Technician - Product Development M/F/X

Your role

• Contribute to the development of new ingredients and innovative products for the Food market as well as to continuous improvement projects for industrial sites.

• Design and conduct R&D trials in the laboratory and at pilot scale, using various processing technologies for natural raw materials (extraction, enzymatic treatment, concentration, drying, mixing, etc.).

• Evaluate the functional, nutritional, sensory, and analytical performance of the developed ingredients.

• Define, plan, and execute experimental protocols, analyze results, and communicate findings to project teams.

• Actively participate in the development of prototypes, from the laboratory to pilot and industrial scales.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the framework of client projects and innovation projects.

• Ensure technical documentation, knowledge management, and compliance with quality requirements.

• Be proactive by providing innovative and pragmatic solutions to the technical challenges encountered.

You hold a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in food sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or food technologies and have at least 2 years of experience in product development within the agri-food industry. Initial experience in applied research, ideally in the field of food ingredients, would be a real asset.

Passionate about innovation and the development of new solutions, you are comfortable in technical environments and enjoy both laboratory experimentation and larger-scale trials. Your practical sense, rigor, and ability to propose concrete solutions allow you to advance effectively on several projects simultaneously.

Curious and proactive, you enjoy working within multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your analytical mind, organization, and taste for innovation will allow you to contribute actively to the development of the ingredients and products of tomorrow.

Finally, you possess an English level that allows you to understand technical documentation and operate in an international environment.
