Data Processing Manager M/F/X

Your role

Reporting to the Panelis Management, you are responsible for the quality, reliability, and exploitation of activity data. In this capacity, you ensure the consolidation, analysis, and enhancement of indicators used for activity steering and continuous process improvement.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Produce, consolidate, and analyze performance, quality, and activity indicators for the department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews as well as associated monitoring reports for internal stakeholders.
• Perform specific statistical analyses and ad hoc studies to support decision-making and improvement projects.
• Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and integrity of data by ensuring rigorous monitoring of databases and reporting tools.
• Provide technical and methodological support to teams regarding tools, data, and associated processes.
• Participate in the smooth operational functioning of the department and ensure the continuity of certain activities in case of absence or need.
• Actively contribute to cross-functional projects, coordination meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in certain activities related to department management, action monitoring, and resource coordination.

Team Management

• Supervise, lead, and support a team of 5 employees consisting of a Statistical Data Processing Engineer, a Digital Project Manager, and Quality Technicians.
• Define priorities, organize activity, and ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives.
• Develop team skills through support, coaching, and the implementation of tailored development plans.
• Foster a collaborative, stimulating work environment oriented toward continuous improvement.
• Promote innovation, service quality, and operational excellence within the team.

• Higher education in statistics (Master's degree) or Bachelor's degree with significant experience in the field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis and processing.
• Successful managerial experience of at least 3 years.
• Mastery of statistical methods and good knowledge of programming.
• Excellent mastery of Excel; knowledge of R and SAS would be a real asset.
• Sensitivity to quality processes and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the nutrition or agri-food sector would be appreciated.
• Fluent English is essential.
