Requirements and Candidate Profile
Academic Background:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computing, Industrial, Administrative Areas, or related.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and/or deployment positions.
- Experience in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server (2012/2016), Active Directory, PowerShell, WMI, DNS, Domain Controller.
- Experience in Video Management Systems (VMS such as Milestone, Verint, Dvtel).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare or other system/application solutions).
- Preparation of system design specification documents.
- Experience providing technical training to clients.
Technical Knowledge and Language:
- Databases and Software: SQL Server, analysis and understanding of error codes (log mechanism, XML), remote desktop tools.
- Complementary knowledge: Business Intelligence, fault diagnosis tools, and client management.
- Standards: Knowledge of or induction to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Language: Intermediate English level.
Main Functions and Activities
- Installation and deployment: Installation, software configuration, and execution of the deployment plan for subsystems and the central platform.
- Testing and quality: Performing application tests and executing testing protocols with the client.
- Technical support and diagnosis: Fault diagnosis, identification of errors/logs, follow-up, and resolution of incidents reported by the client.
- Training and accompaniment: Training and instruction for the client, as well as accompaniment in operational rooms.
- Documentation: Documentation of system requirements and identification of improvement opportunities.
