Senior/Mentor instructor (Teachers' Training)

Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met

Design professional development sessions for instructors focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.

Deliver customized sessions according to the recent class visits and the general performance.

Make class visits to measure the effectiveness & implementation of the workshops.

Track the progress and learning curve for each instructor.

Track the current instructors in implementing SYE methodologies and techniques.

Promoting high standards of teaching and learning through (inspiration, innovation, and guidance).

Spread the English environment and the company’s culture.

Teach the assigned classes every round.

A certificate in teaching (CELTA, PCELT, FELT, TEFL, etc.) is a must

Teaching experience for more than 5 years

Previous managerial expertise of at least one year

English level (C1) is a must.

A TOT Certificate is a must.

Previous experience as a teacher trainer of at least one year

Solid knowledge of the latest training technique

Have working experience with training needs assessment of teaching teams and the ability to design & deliver appropriate training initiatives to meet those needs.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.
