Setting the right price on thousands of references, you know how to do it. You have built a pricing policy, managed pricing algorithms, and arbitrated between margin, turnover, and stock levels. The icing on the cake: you know the automotive parts universe.

Today, you are looking for something else: a structure where your expertise truly carries weight, where you can build from the ground up and not just manage. If this text speaks to you, then you are in the right place...

A pioneer and reference player in the used automotive parts market, we offer you exactly that: a field where everything is to be amplified, structured, and made to shine. The used parts market is booming, driven by the circular economy, the ecological transition, and pressure on purchasing power.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Pricing Manager.

What you will do: Reporting to the Commercial & Marketing Director, you will take charge of the category managers and become the strategic interlocutor for the Commercial, Logistics, DSI, and Production departments.

You define our pricing policy and strategy. Via pricing and stock sizing algorithms, you identify true growth levers, anticipate obsolescence, and maximize the value of each part.

Data is your ally; common sense remains your compass.

  • Pricing optimization in connection with the Data Analyst
  • Analysis of budget variances and corrective action plans
  • Management of low-turnover products and dormant stock
  • Balancing product availability / optimal stock level

You ensure pricing management: Your dashboards speak to both field teams and group management. You anticipate, you alert, you propose.

  • Design and monitoring of KPIs: Turnover, stock, customer satisfaction, margin rate
  • Regular reporting to hierarchy, occasional reporting to group management
  • Proactive in proposing ways to close gaps to objectives

Team management, objectives: transmit, elevate, unite:

  • Supervision and animation of category managers
  • Individual and collective objectives cascading from group ambitions
  • Skill development and coaching of employees
  • Active transversality with Purchasing, Logistics, Commercial, and Digital

Please note, this position involves occasional travel.

Your essential background to embark on this adventure:

  • Master's degree: Business school or Engineering school
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pricing field
  • Experience in the automotive field is a real asset (ideally aftermarket), in mass retail, or in an environment involving several hundred thousand references.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level)

What drives you: You have the sacred fire of those who want to build in an innovative and ultra-dynamic environment.

You know how to analyze a trend, dissect a budget variance, and identify a weak signal in a moving market. You produce clear, readable, and actionable reports.

On the digital field, you are comfortable: pricing algorithms, BI tools, CRM, tech vocabulary. You understand the tools, you know how to make them speak, and above all, you know how to ask the right questions to the DSI to move fast and well.

The automotive aftermarket has no secrets from you. You follow it with curiosity, anticipate its mutations with pragmatism, and transform your monitoring into strategy.

To you, managing is above all about transmitting, uniting, and bringing people on board. You create the conditions in which your teams grow: structured exchange times, clear objectives, and true listening.

Autonomy, agility, and reactivity are indispensable for this position.
