About us

Swivel Marketing (U) Limited is a leading BTL and experiential marketing agency under the Wavumbuzi Group. We deliver activations, sampling, roadshows, trade marketing and consumer engagement for brands like MTN, UBL, Standard Chartered and Colgate.

The role

We're hiring two Project Managers to plan, run and close campaigns on strict deadlines and within budget, from the first brief to the last day in the field. You'll coordinate our teams, third-party contractors and consultants to deliver every project to plan.

What you'll do

• Build full project plans and the communication documents that go with them

• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders

• Estimate the people and resources each project needs

• Draft budget proposals and recommend changes when needed

• Keep teams and stakeholders informed, clearly and on time

• Track milestones and deliverables, and report regularly to management

How success is measured

• Projects delivered on time and on budget

• Project goals achieved, such as merchants acquired or event quality scores

• Client and stakeholder satisfaction

• Accurate project reporting

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years of direct project management experience

• Field marketing, events or brand activation experience is highly desirable

• A university degree in a relevant field

• Strong planning, organisation and leadership skills

• Clear communication and good people skills

• Confidence with project management tools, budgets and cost control
