MOTO / QUAD Technical Manager M/F (M/F)
Job Description
As part of its development, our client is looking for a Technical Manager M/F to lead and develop its technical and after-sales activity.
Reporting to the After-Sales Management, you will take charge of the organization, management, and optimization of technical activities.
You currently manage a team of 4 technicians and are responsible for the quality of technical support, compliance with procedures, and the satisfaction of customers and dealers.
Your missions
- Manage, support, and develop the skills of the technical team
- Organize and supervise the processing of technical requests and warranty claims
- Provide technical support to internal teams and dealers
- Define and evolve technical and after-sales procedures
- Ensure the technical relationship with manufacturers and suppliers
- Monitor technical campaigns, recalls, updates, and service bulletins
- Guarantee regulatory compliance and the safety of interventions
- Drive the performance indicators of the technical activity and ensure reporting to Management
- Participate in new product launches: training, documentation, and technical support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of after-sales service
Profile sought
You have proven experience of at least 5 years in a technical, SAV, or after-sales environment, ideally in the automotive, motorcycle, mechanical, or embedded electronics sectors.
You have a successful first experience in team management and are recognized for:

- Your mastery of diagnostic and SAV tools
Mastery of technical English is indispensable to ensure exchanges with foreign manufacturers and partners.
Regular travel within France and occasional international travel are to be expected.
Conditions
- CDI - Executive status
- Position based in Rousset (13)
- 39 hours per week
- Remuneration: 50 to 60 K€ gross annual depending on experience
- Benefits: mutual insurance, profit-sharing, etc.
- Desired start date no later than November 1st, 2026
