Swisslog is looking for a Q-EHS Coordinator for our Quality Department

You likely have a university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in corresponding tasks within the manufacturing industry with knowledge in:

• Quality and Environmental Standards; ISO 9001 as well as ISO 14001 and preferably OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
• Quality tools and methods
• Environmental legislation
• Occupational health and safety legislation
• Improvement work

We believe that you are structured and analytical. Furthermore, you are driven and proactive and have the ability to make your own decisions. You have good communication and collaboration skills as the work involves many internal and external contacts. You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

We will, of course, focus on your theoretical knowledge, but you can expect your personal qualities to be at least as important. Our current quality and environmental coordinator is moving on to other challenges, and therefore we are now looking for her successor. This role involves driving and developing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work, as well as ensuring that the business is operated according to applicable legislation and certificates.

Tasks:

• Develop and maintain the company's management system
• Ensure processes for the company's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work
• Drive improvement work and projects
• Drive, lead, and conduct internal audits as well as coordinate external audits
• Compile documentation and participate in management reviews
• Internal and external contacts regarding environmental and occupational health and safety issues
• Support to the organization in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety issues
• Monitor changes in legislation within the environmental and occupational health and safety areas
• Educate and introduce the company's employees within the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety areas
• Lead and conduct environmental and occupational health and safety rounds in the operations

At Swisslog Pallet Technology Center in Boxholm, we develop, produce, and deliver automated stacker cranes, conveyors, and shuttle systems including PLC- and PC-based control systems. Together with our sister companies, we can combine different products and systems within the organization to match each customer's needs. We work in a project-oriented manner, which means exciting challenges and adaptations. Currently, many customer projects are ongoing, while significant investments are being made in the development of new products and solutions. The number of employees at Swisslog in Boxholm is approximately 250 people.
