What are your tasks as Assistant Store Manager at Swiss Sense?

• Supporting the Store Manager in the operational and personnel management of the store
• Active participation in sales – you are a role model in consultation, service, and daily store practice
• Co-responsibility for turnover, KPIs, and the achievement of store goals
• Accompanying and coaching colleagues in daily store life – together with the Store Manager, you promote their professional and personal development
• Analysis of individual and team-related KPIs as well as deriving targeted measures to increase performance – in close coordination with the Store Manager
• Ensuring an excellent Customer Experience and implementation of Swiss Sense standards
• Participation in basic leadership training and development in the Talent Pool for future Store Managers
• Representing the Store Manager during absences as well as occasional support for other stores within the region

When does the position of Assistant Store Manager suit you?

• You bring several years of experience in retail, as a Sales Assistant, or in consultation-intensive sales and convince through strong communication skills and a sympathetic appearance
• You have demonstrably achieved strong sales results and have ideally already gained initial experience in team management or deputy roles
• You think solution-oriented and want to continuously improve work processes and customer service
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality characterize you
• You are confident in handling KPIs, computers, and digital tools (e.g., OCP, Salesforce)
• You have good English skills (at least B1/B2)
• You want to work part-time or full-time (24–40 hours per week) and live near Dortmund
