Technical Office Specialist

Receive and coordinate samples with Quality and Production teams.

Follow up on sample requirements including fabrics, accessories, patterns, BOM, and specifications .

Prepare cutting orders and Trim Packs for samples.

Follow up on fabric and lining shrinkage reports.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Pattern, Cutting, and Commercial Departments.

Ensure all sample materials and requirements are available and completed on time.

Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics or Applied Arts is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

0–2 years of experience in a related field.

Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and sample development .

Good command of Microsoft Office .

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Male candidates are preferred.
