Looking for - 1) Senior Bartender Working Hours:  44 hours per week Work Days:  5 days work, 2 off days - Split Shift Meals:  Provided Location:  North Bridge Road Nearest MRT:  Bras Basah / City Hall 🍹 Bar Operations & Leadership Lead shifts: Manage daily opening, closing, and service standards. Train team: Guide staff to ensure consistent drink quality and service. Build SOPs: Develop and continuously improve bar standard operating procedures. Report issues: Track inventory variances, wastage, and operational updates for management. ✨ Guest Experience & Service Craft cocktails: Use advanced mixology to create high-quality, beautiful drinks. Engage guests: Chat with customers to offer tailored drink recommendations. Share knowledge: Maintain deep menu knowledge to guide and satisfy guests. Manage space: Handle transactions accurately and keep the bar environment welcoming.
