Sales Executive for Retail Business - FMCG
Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month, depending on relevant experience Location: Kallang Avenue, Singapore Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefits:
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 1 month salary upon completion of a full year of service.
- Performance Bonus: Subject to company and individual performance.
- Mobile Phone Allowance: $60 per month.
- Medical Benefit: Up to $300 per year.
- Annual Leave: 14 days, increasing to 18 days from the 6th year of service onwards
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new customers to achieve sales targets
- Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to develop business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, contracts and sales orders
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams for timely deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Proven sales/business development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
