Marketing Manager (Business Development – M&E Construction)

Your tasks

• Develop and execute business development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the construction and M&E engineering sector.
• Explore new business opportunities, identify potential clients and monitor upcoming construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare corporate presentations, company profiles, business proposals and marketing materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings.
• Work closely with management to develop business strategies and expand the company's client network.
• Coordinate with engineering, project and commercial teams to gather relevant information for business development activities.
• Support corporate branding, marketing communications and promotional initiatives.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support business planning and growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant working experience in the construction M&E industry is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a related commercial function.
• Good understanding of Singapore's construction industry, including project opportunities and key industry stakeholders.
• Experience in developing business opportunities and managing client relationships.
• Able to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, developers and management.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in conducting presentations, attending client meetings and developing business relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
